Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern car rental services provided by Dali Auto Rental L.L.C. ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing a booking or taking possession of a vehicle, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Documents
- Minimum driver age: 21 years (or as required by law and vehicle class).
- Valid driver's license (UAE or international as applicable) and passport/Emirates ID.
- Credit card in the driver's name for deposit & charges.
2. Booking & Payment
- Prices are shown per day/week/month and exclude fines, tolls (e.g., Salik), fuel and damage/cleaning fees unless otherwise stated.
- A refundable security deposit may be required (amount depends on vehicle class).
- Payment methods: major credit/debit cards and other methods listed at checkout/WhatsApp confirmation.
3. Pickup, Return & Late Fees
- Pickup/return locations must match your booking confirmation unless we approve changes in writing.
- Grace period: up to 1 hour; beyond this, additional day charges may apply.
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level (or refueling fee applies).
4. Mileage & Fuel
- Daily/weekly/monthly mileage allowances are specified per car. Excess mileage is billed at the listed rate.
- Use the recommended fuel grade; misfuelling costs are chargeable to the Customer.
5. Insurance & Liability
- Basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise. Optional coverages (e.g., CDW/zero excess) may be available.
- In case of accident: call authorities, obtain a police report, and notify us immediately. Failure to provide a valid report may void coverage.
- Customer remains liable for excess, excluded damages, and costs due to prohibited use or negligence.
6. Prohibited Use
- No off-road use, racing, towing, or subletting.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.
7. Fines, Tolls & Fees
- Traffic fines, parking violations, and tolls (e.g., Salik) are chargeable to the Customer.
- Administrative fees may apply for processing fines/claims.
8. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period and vehicle class.
- No-shows may forfeit prepaid amounts or incur a one-day rental fee.
9. Maintenance & Breakdowns
- We maintain vehicles regularly. If an issue occurs, contact us immediately and follow our instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications are prohibited.
10. Data & Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction.
